Baymont by Wyndham Grovetown Augusta

The rooms were quiet, very clean and modern, with comfortable bed. The soap dispensers are nice and it eliminates the slimy bars of soap on the counter. The staff were very friendly. The gym was nice with all of the basics. The breakfast included waffles and egg sandwiches with much more.Room cleaning and towel exchanges are automatic daily or as needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was great experience for the price. Tracy at the front desk was very kind. The waffle batter was empty and she made some more just for us 30 minutes before breakfast was over. She could have easily say there was no more, going above and beyond means everything. I definitely recommend this place. Breakfast was decent and enough. Room was clean, none smoking hotel I loved that. I was visiting my soldier at Fort Gordon only 10 minutes away. Lots of good places to eat and shop around the area. Thanks again I enjoyed my stay

I enjoyed my stay. This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are modern, and clean with comfy beds, and pillows. The staff is helpful, and also professional. Especially management. My only regret is it was too cold to enjoy the pool. They also have breakfast! I will return.

Ms. Chasity and Ms. Dana handled our check-in and check-out. The room was super clean, and the hotel in general was clean, well lit, and quiet. Ms. Chasity was very courteous and professional as well as Ms. Dana! Will be back soon!!

Nice experience at the chek in counter at around 830pm. She was very friendly and courteous. Smiled the whole time. Next, I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was when I walked in and it smelled good too. Comfy bed (wished pillows were larger) and slept well overall. At 730am, went downstairs for breakfast and that's where my positive experience so far took a different turn. Eggs were all gone, plastic sausage, biscuits were hard as rock, juices so watered down it tasted nasty. We told the front desk guy that the waffles batters need refill, he filled it then walked away without checking anything else. I stopped eating and went back to my room. So to summarize my experience, a nice clean place at pretty affordable price but if you are going to offer free breakfast don't make the customers feel like they are getting what they paid for. Four stars in my opinion.

As someone who constantly travels this was one of the best stays ! Im usually a fan of Wyndham hotels (even a member lol) so I was sure I wasn’t going to be disappointed. It’s right here near everything you’d need literally and it’s In a good safe area (iykyk) .Everything from check in to the stay, staff, check out was pleasant.Its a tucked away hotel which I love.Its very quiet. Everyone even staying at the hotel I ran across were very friendly.The up keeping from the outside to every inch of the hotel is sparkling clean.I even said to my friend otp “I can’t tell if it’s new or remodeled.Great job to the staff for keeping this place looking like this ! I’ll definitely be staying here anytime I’m visiting the area.I have NOTHING to complain about and that’s pretty rare for me lol

Our stay at the Baymont by Marriott in Augusta, Georgia was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot say enough great things about the staff and overall experience. First and foremost, a huge shout-out to Ms. Chastity and Ms. Dana. Ms. Chastity was there throughout our stay and was consistently kind, professional, attentive, and welcoming. She truly set the tone for the entire experience. At checkout, Ms. Dana was just as amazing—polite, helpful, and genuinely caring. You can tell when people take pride in what they do, and both of these ladies absolutely do. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The sheets? Let me tell you… spectacular. I slept so good I almost considered packing them in my suitcase (kidding… kind of ). The breakfast bar had a great selection, and everything was well-maintained. They were also very accommodating with accessibility, making sure we had a first-floor room, which meant a lot and made our stay even more comfortable. What really stood out was the level of customer service. In many large hotel chains, you don’t always get that personal, attentive touch—but here, both the ownership and staff made us feel genuinely valued. This is the kind of service you hope for when you’re away from home. We were in town celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made. It’s conveniently located right off the highway, easy to get to, and surrounded by plenty of dining and places to visit. If you’re ever in Augusta, this is definitely a must-stay. Clean, quiet, welcoming, and staffed by people who truly care. Five stars all the way.

Super clean hotel. Nice front desk staff. Very basic hotel but clean and that is what mattered most to me on this short trip. Breakfast was just ok. Bed was comfortable. 2 star hotel no frills but good :). Great pricing.
